Instructions for ADDING a New Instructor Member Online
To register online, follow these steps (this option is only available for clubs) |
| You will need: |
6-digit Club Number and Club Password
Completed Instructor membership form or sufficient information for any individuals that you register online
Valid credit card |
| What you need to know before you start: |
- Only clubs may apply for new Instructor memberships online.
- This process is for individuals who have never been USA Gymnastics members and have never taken any USAG certifications. If the individual has been any type of member (i.e. professional, athlete, Team USA) or has taken any educational course through USA Gymnastics, they will already have a record in our database. Please, do not create a new record. Contact Member Services at 1-800-345-4719 for further instructions.
- A Social Security Number is not required for new members applying online.
- You must enter your club number as a six digit number, including a leading zero, if necessary.
- You will need a credit card to apply for membership online. We cannot guarantee successful processing if debit cards are used.

- Collect completed Instructor membership form or sufficient information for registration
- ADD NEW INSTRUCTOR MEMBER – use this link to register new Instructor members
- Log in using your Club Number and Password
- Complete the required information for the individual
- Provide credit card payment
- The individual will receive his/her membership card by postal mail within 6-8 weeks after registration

| Instructions for RENEWING an Instructor Membership Online |
| You will need: |
6-digit Member Number and Password
Valid credit card
Note: Password is initially set to Instructor member's 8 digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY). |

- Renew membership - use this link to renew membership
- Answer Yes or No to the two disclosure statements then Log in using your member number and password.
- Complete the required information for renewal
- Provide credit card payment
- Check to ensure Safety Certification and Background Check are current (if applicable to membership type
- Membership cards will be mailed within 6-8 weeks of registration
