New/Renew Member Club

    • Complete all required information

    • Enter payment information

    • Submit the application

    • Club membership will be processed in 3-4 weeks. You will receive your member club kit in the mail.

      • Note: If you wish to pay by check or money order, please print the online form and mail the completed form with payment to USA Gymnastics.
