Membership is required for participation in any USA Gymnastics sanctioned event. Individuals must hold a professional membership that includes the gymnastics discipline in which he/she is participating (i.e. women’s, men’s, rhythmic, trampoline and tumbling, acrobatic gymnastics or group gymnastics). |

| Requirements: |
Individuals applying for Professional Membership must be 18 years of age or older
USA Gymnastics Safety Certification (must re-certify every 4 years)
Background check (must complete screening process every 2 years)
Professional membership will be granted after the application is processed and the individual has successfully completed the Safety Certification Course and the background screening process. |

The costs listed above are for one gymnastics discipline. Each additional discipline is $15. |

| Membership Terms: |
Membership is valid for one year based on the month of registration. For example, if an individual registers on June 5, 2008, the membership will be valid until June 30, 2009.
All fees and memberships are both non-refundable and non-transferable!

| Additional Information: |
Normal processing time for mailed/faxed registration is 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt in our office and for online registration processing time is 2 business days.
Membership cards will be received within 6-8 weeks.
There is a $25 Rush fee option (per person) when processing is required in less than our normal time.
Rush processing guarantees membership number availability in our database and/or online membership search. If you choose Rush processing, your membership number will be available within three business days from the date of receipt in our office. Same day turnaround on Rush processing requests cannot be guaranteed. Membership cards will be issued as quickly as possible.
As long as a membership number can be verified by our online search, a member is permitted to be on the floor at any USA Gymnastics sanctioned event.
