Gymnastics clubs wishing to take advantage of the benefits of Club Membership can apply for a new membership or renew an existing membership through this function.

Instructions:
  1. New / Renew Member Club – use this link to apply for or renew club membership online
  2. Complete all required information
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Submit the application
  5. Club membership will be processed in 3-4 weeks. You will receive your member club kit in the mail.
Note: If you wish to pay by check or money order, please print the online form and mail the completed form with payment to USA Gymnastics.
