Print or Re-print Membership Card

This page provides a Professional, Junior Professional, Introductory Coach, or Instructor member with the ability to print or re-print a membership card.

Re-print membership card

You will need: 6-digit Member Number and Password

Note: Your password is initially set to your birth date (MMDDYYYY). If you do not know your password, send a written request to Member Services by email or fax (317-692-5212). Your password will be sent to you within 3 business days.

Instructions:
  1. Membership Card Re-print – click this link to begin
  2. Enter your member ID/Password
  3. Once you have logged in, you will see a screen listing your member card information
  4. Click Verify
  5. Then click Print Member Card
  6. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email (sent to the email address in your membership record), containing an attachment with the membership card.
    • You can save the attachments to your computer, open it, and print the card
    • It is recommended to use card stock paper for printing cards
Note: The email may go to a spam folder, so be sure to check there if you do not receive the email.
