To renew membership by mail or fax: To renew membership online:
You will need:
  • 6-digit Member Number and Password
  • Valid credit card
Note: Password is initially set to Instructor member's 8 digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
Instructions:
  1. Renew membership - use this link to renew membership
  2. Answer Yes or No to the two disclosure statements then Log in using your member number and password.
  3. Complete the required information for renewal
  4. Provide credit card payment
  5. Check to ensure Safety Certification and Background Check are current (if applicable to membership type
  6. Membership cards will be mailed within 6-8 weeks of registration
